The "Agnes Dress" pattern allows you to sew airy, slightly pleated dresses in three forms. Form changes concern the cut of the sleeves in the dress:
- dress in Model A: has long, straight and freely fitting sleeves,
- dress in Model B: has sleeves slightly wrinkled at the top, by the shoulders,
- Model C dress: has sleeves wrinkled at the wrist.
The dress is cut off at the waist and wrinkled slightly with a sewn elastic. At the neck the dress is finished in a round, and its length oscillates - or actually waving and spinning - a little too much.
Due to the loose cut of the dress and wrinkling at the waist, sewing will be best with soft materials, rather thinner, flowing down the figure.
The form of the dress is suitable for every figure, and thanks to its ethereal lightness and youthful grace. The choice of the cut of the dress depends on the taste and also the type of figure, for example wrinkle sleeves at the top will be beneficial for women with narrow shoulders and wider hips, because it will balance the proportions. You can also optically shape your figure with your waistline, for example, lower and fuller people can slightly wrinkle the dress at the waist, which will not shorten the optical silhouette nor expand it, and emphasize the waist, adding lightness.
Model C with wrinkles at the wrists - with a lower and full figure - can optically shorten the silhouette and widen it. Dress with a light, thin, airy material can be a summer creation, and sewn, for example, from a shiny material or other effective fabric can be an elegant and chic creation.
